The Partnership uses capabilities as a way of finding the right people for roles across the business. We have split a number of skills into these headings to help you align with roles you might be interested in, or to help highlight your strength capabilities, and the capabilities that you can develop.

STEP 2

Individual Learning Plan 


Learning is individual, and our time lines are just a guide to help you. There is no deadline. You are in charge of your own development.  

You will receive your personalized Learning Plan 5 days after the submission  of the google form.


STEP 3 

Getting the support that you need 

You will be teamed up with a Training Coordinator 2 hours per month to coach you throughout the process. This way we can support your individual learning to where it needs to be. This allocated time will allow you to have a wider understanding. 

Check Ins can be in person or via email based on your preferences.
