Looking after Partners is key and we’ve been investing in Partners' health and wellbeing since 1929, 19 years before the NHS – when we introduced free in-house health and medical services to all our Partners. Today, this continues through the new Health and Wellbeing team.
As part of the changes to People, the new Health and Wellbeing team brings together Partnership Health Services, Partner Support, Leisure Benefits and Financial Assistance, into one holistic service and will focus on all aspects of physical, psychological, financial and leisure wellbeing - all leisure benefit activities will be supported centrally as part of the Health and Wellbeing team, where you can find out more through PartnerChoice

What are Networks ?
Networks are groups where Partners have a common ground and are able to share their experiences whether these experiences take place within the Partnership or outside the Partnership. It's also a great way to meet other Partners across the Partnership.
The networks that reside within the Partnership is also a safe place to express your feelings and can be a place that you can drop into at anytime for advice or maybe you can give advice for those who are in the group. The John Lewis Partnership Networks are part of ongoing action around our diversity and inclusion strategy.
