NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP WEEK 2025
IN MAGNA PARK Week of amaizng opportunities to learn more about various apprenticeships! Online workshops, meetings across three shifts with expierienced Partners who completed the apprenticeship journey with success and one day meeting with Progression Team on the site, made the week - event successful! Thank you all for you inrestes and great engagement!
MANUAL HANDLING We continue manual handling observations! Remember all rules and use them when needed - at work and whenever you are! Health and safety first!
OPERATIONAL TRAINING Lots of cross trainings completed to learn more skills and support other departments and roles! Do you want to upskill? Speak to your manager about it!
TRAINING ROADSHOW A fantastic event was held to showcase all the learning and development opportunities available at Magna Park and Partnership. There were 130 Partners in attendance who expressed interest in development opportunities. Thank you to everyone who signed up for workshops, with the full schedule available up to June, as well as other courses and programmes. Your development opportunities are here for you to take advantage of. Make sure you don't miss out on the chance for your personal growth and advancement in your career!

WORKSHOPS PARTNERSHIP BEHAVIOPOURS WORKSHOPS: Learn more about Partnership Behaviours! Delve into the latest Partnership values - behaviours and understand how to effectively showcase them in your everyday activities and duties by participating in our workshops! We appreciate the significant level of enthusiasm shown thus far! A total of 51 Partners participated in our sessions in February!
